What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs greater transparency, consistency, and respect in how employees are treated. Long-term employees should receive clear feedback, fair opportunities to address concerns, and proper communication before major decisions are made. My coworkers were honestly one of the best parts of working here. I enjoyed working with my team and developed great working relationships over nearly five years. They were supportive, hardworking, and always willing to help each other. I have very little negative to say about my coworkers.

The best part of my experience was the people I worked with. Over nearly five years, I had the opportunity to work with some genuinely great coworkers who were supportive, hardworking, and willing to help one another. I enjoyed the work itself and valued the relationships I built with my team.
