What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers were honestly one of the best parts of working here. I enjoyed working with my team and developed great working relationships over nearly five years. They were supportive, hardworking, and always willing to help each other. I have very little negative to say about my coworkers.
