Cordial and relaxed atmosphere. Not formal
Connection with interviewer and comfortable environment..even over teams call

What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing anymore. I have yet to receive a full bonus in 3 years. Have not received more than 2% pay increase since HHG bought IW
