Personally I feel like saying $10/hr is livable is just out of touch. Everybody has bills and needs to eat i shouldnt have to get a second job to comfortably feed myself and pay rent.

We need better pay !

Management knows nothing about sick leave and whether we qualify for it, and whether it's paid or unpaid. Or else they pretend not to know. Sick employees are yelled at to come to work regardless of what health issue they have.

I am the Assistant manager and my store manager does not hardly speak to me I never know what is going on in the store or what needs to be done. I have been trying to transfer for about a month now and she nor the District Manager have done anything about it.

Compensation for assistant managers is very low for the level of work expected. Sales associates are also paid very little compared to other retail companies. Store managers have to work a lot of overtime on a small salary
