- What do you like best about the leadership team?We are continually thanked for a job well done. It's something you normally don't hear from supervisors/managers in any company.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We help and support each other with questions and situations in our daily work flow. I know I can always count on my coworkers to help me if I'm having difficulty with a task.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We have an opportunity to work from home which I just started doing 8 months ago. It is a much more comfortable work environment, much quieter and relaxed. I truly enjoy it. I've never had a job that gave me this opportunity.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel that wages should be paid compared to your knowledge within the department. I work with a group of 17 people, some of which have worked in the company for 20 plus years. I know more and do more than they do and yet I'm compensated less per hour. I've worked at the company for 5 years.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I just believe a higher pay scale for all that we are responsible for, money being paid out every day is a huge responsibility.
