Far more comfortable. They are aware of the real world and that other firms are out there. They ask realistic questions but want to know about you as a person and your personality... and everyone likes talking about themselves!

Extremely. It’s totally my business. I can work as little or as much as I want around my childs care facilitation. There is never anything that they will hold against you if you are open and honest.

Flexible, in that you need to work hard, but how you get there is up to you.

Don’t know too much, but the interns seem happy!

Forward thinking and great collaborators. Willing to open discussions about anything, and will be truthful and honest about capabilities. Great technical support team. Not like the big brokerages at all. Feels more boutique; and feels like they value the advisors.
