- What would you most like to see improved at your company?New management fit to run a business.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everything, and somehow that's still an understatement. The entire management team needs to be fired. They are running the company into the ground, burning through cash while their investors remain blind, and losing employees left and right.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?A New York Times expose needs to happen. If higi was a Silicon Valley company, the management team's behavior would make the news on a weekly basis. Harassment, bullying employees, nepotism—you name it—runs rampant, but nothing happens because the head of HR is the niece of the company's founder.
