Mr. John K. Skoury, PE has been an Senior Vice President of Hill International, Inc. since February 17, 2012. Mr. Skoury served as Vice President of Hill International, Inc. since December 2008. He has over 20 years of experience in the management of major highway and rail transportation programs. Prior to joining Hill, he was Director of Highway Infrastructure for the Western Region of STV Inc., Director of Transportation Construction Management with Earth Tech Inc., and Transportation Construction Manager with Jacobs Civil Inc. Mr. Skoury earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from California State University at Long Beach. He is a registered professional engineer in California and Arizona.
