CTC, benefits and festival bonus
Pay and Vacation and the opertunity to meet new people.
Partially paid insurance but should include family as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rates are not best in the market and some benefits are curtailed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard to get things done and satisfy the customer.

everyone is always in a good mode and ready for the day.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Life work balance, flexibility at work, mpre engagement by leadership, celebrating success, redefine the HR function and ensure employees are takem care of from onboarding and mobilization
Management needs to be more in touch with a Project Level employees and dealing with the agencies themselves
