Since bought by GISI, Hill became a labor supply purely focused on generating revenue to shareholders with no care to its emplpyees rights nor the quality of produced work.
Hill International is a highly professional and employee-friendly organization. It is highly committed to the growth of both the Organisation and as well its employees. Also, committed to its Clients. I have been very happy working with Hill International for 05 yrs.
Everyone works good together and are willing to help out where and when they can.
Partially paid insurance but should include family as well
Overall a good experience, except for a few HR inconveniences.
