What did you like most about the interview process?
Heavy and lot of things to do to enter the company but once inside a lot of things to pursue
It was effective and I didn't feel like there was any preassure
I liked meeting various managers and being flown into headquarters
The questions asked, and how tbey made me feel comfortable
They asked meaningful questions and were helpful and guiding
They asked questions about who you are as a person. Not questions about what can you do for me. They kept emphasizing a work life balance. That’s unheard of in corporate America. They don’t care about your college degree. They value people. Not a piece of paper. I have two degrees and I love t
Able to meet and speak to many people, all of whom had interesting backgrounds and who genuinely showed an interest in getting to know me.
It was very thorough and they seemed to emphasize my fit within the company culture as much as my skill set.
