Making realistic targets and stop going after software
Leadership should listen to us employees. We fill out a survey each year and very little comes from it. Plan better. Don't over promise to the headquarters in Liechtenstein on sales especially during a tough economy. Stop putting unwarrented pressure on sales people for your mistakes.

Base salary is good and bonus are within reach

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair market value pay .
Salary is below average for market rates, no COLA, bonus structure is behind what every large tech/software company is willing to pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They actually care about people
Positive mindset and will teach you very well
They are great team mates
We are a cohesive unit and support each other where and when we need to.
Trust and help is common. Teamwork is the key to great bonus

Diversity and Inclusion topics define the company culture. Culture used to be based around achieving goals together and growing as a company, but now its strictly human resource run.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Heavy and lot of things to do to enter the company but once inside a lot of things to pursue
It was effective and I didn't feel like there was any preassure
I liked meeting various managers and being flown into headquarters
The questions asked, and how tbey made me feel comfortable
They asked meaningful questions and were helpful and guiding

Not being micro managed, I am trusted to perform my job. And most managers I interact with on a daily basis are not panicking, they are always willing to listen and to give feedback and advice when needed.
