Making realistic targets and stop going after software
Leadership should listen to us employees. We fill out a survey each year and very little comes from it. Plan better. Don't over promise to the headquarters in Liechtenstein on sales especially during a tough economy. Stop putting unwarrented pressure on sales people for your mistakes.
