What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not really much of teamwork
their willingness to be flexible
They respect my experience and knowledge of my position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speaking to employees like they are human beings, and not animals. Take some racial sensitivity classes as well; seeing how most of management is extremely predjudice.
Not to be so nice it ok to be nice and respectful but not when ur being walked all over or benign played by guests just for u to turn around and take it out on employees.

Everyone wants to go home early
They are willing to help each other
Maintence staff is friendly and helpful
Happy caring individuals that care as much about our guests as they do their fellow team members.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I interact with other housekeepers while I work on the days I do come to work and there great as for the front desk, general manager and sales are very rude and do not communicate very well. They need to keep there word checkout is 12pm and anyone who has a dad up after 3 gets no service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems cheerful most of the time
the people are friendly which creates a positive environment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay better wages. Do more for employee moral.
A general manager who is assertive and the front desk to communicate in a respectful way to the housekeepers instead of making us feel like they're better than

Manager seemed very easy going
it was very straight forward
We laughed, exchanged stores and was comfortable

Have professional interviews. Have a designated office set for interviews instead of having the interview on the kitchen.

Getting paid is the best

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The general manager takes carp form guests and dumps it on the employees and the front desk are disrespectful and rude to coworkers
Better pay would be nice, also I work too many hours overtime
