Speaking to employees like they are human beings, and not animals. Take some racial sensitivity classes as well; seeing how most of management is extremely predjudice.
Not to be so nice it ok to be nice and respectful but not when ur being walked all over or benign played by guests just for u to turn around and take it out on employees.

I interact with other housekeepers while I work on the days I do come to work and there great as for the front desk, general manager and sales are very rude and do not communicate very well. They need to keep there word checkout is 12pm and anyone who has a dad up after 3 gets no service.
Pay better wages. Do more for employee moral.

Have professional interviews. Have a designated office set for interviews instead of having the interview on the kitchen.
The general manager takes carp form guests and dumps it on the employees and the front desk are disrespectful and rude to coworkers
