Stop leading with greed. I have no faith in any over our leadership
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, Good health care and stock options
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is hard to pay bills when sometimes you have 40hrs of work and the next week 28 and you never know whats coming but they make the hours as low as possible to pay the least necessary- deapite how much work there is to do. This is 100% not a way to ensure employee loyalty or keep talent.
We were told we were valued employees until last week 6/9/22.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Passionate co-workers. Quarterly in person meetings. Dog friendly offices.
My manager and co workers are great. Working from home is nice. There is nothing positive about the company culture or executive leadership.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Recognition that all employees matter, not only the ones on salary.

Seeing customers who benefit from our product and have reduction in pain.
