That because we are a startup we get to voice an opinion and help build the company we want to be. They do not hold to the traditional hierarchy

We all have different backgrounds and opinions so we get to hear many other points of view. It also helps balance the team out and I constantly feel like I am learning something new
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like Hippo has done its best to show me I am not just an employee but an appreciated human. I have worked for other places where you walk in and feel the tension. Its nice to be happy to come in
