The benefits package at HireClix is one of the best I've seen including fully paid medical, dental, and vision, IRA match, and weekly lunches. The unlimited PTO, APE days (which are paid volunteer days), and the ability to bring your dog to work are truly the differentiators.

I feel as though there are others in my company who started several years after me who are making nearly the same amount of salary while doing much less work and have less responsibilities.
