The people. Also the dogs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay, and the benefits are the best I've ever had. 100% paid by the company, top-shelf Blue Cross, dental, vision, matching retirement plan, generous life insurance, etc. We're covered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. The laughter. The fascinating projects we get to work on, and the clients we get to work with. Did I mention the dogs? Also the beer fridge?
What are some of the best things about your team?
There isn't a single person here I don't like - heck, I actively like all of them. These are my friends, and I trust them. We're basically an island of misfit toys, and we have each other's backs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all feel like leaders, and contributors. That comes from Neil Costa, our founder, and the heartfelt way he looks for the best in everyone. The trust is phenomenal. Also the camaraderie, regular & genuine laughter around the office. Also the dogs. They're part of the team, too. :)
