While Hireology is great and they have lots of benefits I just don't feel we are paid fairly for the work we do and the industry we are in.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people are by far the best part of the environment. Seeing everyone work together to reach weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals is refreshing based on some of my previous jobs.
