Leadership doesn't understand the complexities of remote workers. They are more concerned with the bottom line than the fact they rarely see a face smiling in a Teams meeting.

I believe everyone should make a livable wage, we do not

Wages are not as low as some companies but not as good as others. There is room for higher lever of compensation. Also with the size of the company there should be better insurance options available.
