Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager and her manager are the sweetest people! They know the corporate rules, but try to make the team as comfortable as possible, regardless!
They care for us and encourage our growth and development

They are approachable, real people, who are well-respected for their expertise and want what's best for the organization.

Listen team and motivate them as well as provide real support
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medicare, lunch card, appreciation packages
Generous amount of paid time off
The 401k matching is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe everyone should make a livable wage, we do not
Wages are not as low as some companies but not as good as others. There is room for higher lever of compensation. Also with the size of the company there should be better insurance options available.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help.
Everyone works hard to achieve a common goal. There is a lot of respect for each other, and we genuinely like each other as human beings.
Our communication is perfect every meeting.
We work well together and are always able to make decisions that everyone will benefit from

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very inclusive and diverse. They strive to make all employees welcome no matter what.
We are always looking to make improvements to the work based on employee input and feedback.

The culture at HireRight is open and flexible. We can work together with every department to complete background checks.

What did you like most about the interview process?
All virtual interviews. One call with the recruiter, one initial with the manager and a follow up with the team
I was interviewed by my (now) manager, my peers, and my subordinates, which told me that they cared about who they were hiring and that they involved everyone in the decision, not just my manager.
I was interviewed by 2 people so they had to work together to make the best choice.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the people I work with, the actual work I get to do, and that I am appreciated for the work I do.
I love what I do. It takes up my day contacting references and business to verify employment.
