Wages are not as low as some companies but not as good as others. There is room for higher lever of compensation. Also with the size of the company there should be better insurance options available.

I was interviewed by my (now) manager, my peers, and my subordinates, which told me that they cared about who they were hiring and that they involved everyone in the decision, not just my manager.
