What can this brand most improve?

Worst customer service ever. I want to order another window panel for a portable air conditioner and they cannot answer any questions about size of replacement panels. Even supervisors cannot answer this simple question. DO NOT BUY. I will never buy again.

Put on there products wait til you can afford RCA
