Mr. Dittmer served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at HNI Corporation since November 6, 2017 until November 6, 2017. Mr. Dittmer served as an Executive Vice President of HNI Corp. since March 10, 2008 until November 6, 2017. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HNI Corp. (formerly, Hon Industries Inc.) from 2001 to March 2008 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He joined HNI in 1991 and served in multiple senior-level financial and operational positions within multiple HNI companies. Mr. Dittmer served as Vice President of Finance of HNI Corp. from 2000 to 2001 and its Group Vice President of Seating and Wood from 1999 to 2000, Vice President of Strategic Planning since 1999, Vice President and General Manager of Oak Steel and Mt. Pleasant Plants from 1998 to 1999, Vice President of Information Technology of The HON Company from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Dittmer held several management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Crown Zellerbach, Perlman & Rocque and Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. He holds an Industrial Administration and Accounting degree from Iowa State University and completed the Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
