There are many job openings that the company will not fill, I often have to do the work of two people, I don't feel that I am being compensated for that, many other people that I work with feel the same way..
I have been told my by manager that i am very intelligent and an out of the box thinker. I could apply these abilities to further improve lean and help members fallow through with the kaizen ideology. Equal compensation is great but im motivated by a better vision for the company.
Recent changes to pay increases made it possible for newly promoted people to make the same wage as someone who has been working in the same position for years. It only benefits newly promoted people.

Fallowing through 5s step hy step would be affective. The company seems to skip certain steps for short term gain and i see where we are losing value in doing so. My idea is to create a LEAN TEAM and do away with RCI teams. Completely start from scratch with utilizing team members.
