Management could stop gas lighting. Utilize the resources that already exist to improve the work environment. Teach critical thinking skills especially with social media. Incorporate more diversity to dilute the "Deliverance" or hillbilly mentality.
Management's attitude towards staff, management need to step outside their bubble and stop managing up, this is why there's a massive turnover of staff, it's not Holcim it's the managers
Use people with some experience and actual knowledge about the job to be part of the interview process.they hire some of the laziest people I never realised existed.
Talk to people, they are nervous enough
Mellennials in call centers and customer service rolls being extremely rude to customers so customers are walking away
