Although huge for a Family owned business, there is no comparison to working for a publicly traded company. The atmosphere is one where senior leadership is approachable and gets know your name. Holman has also pushing to get employees back to work but is also being extremely flexible.

Interacting with members of management strategizing how best to service our clients under the extreme pressure and impact of Covid.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Profit sharing is handled well and shared fairly. The proof was during Covid. I feel that even though business declined, they did their best to minimize the impact to the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Due to our culture, employees have continued to work at 90% or more capacity even without being in the office. Employees do not need constant monitoring to get them to work. This alone states the culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Holman is not an easy company to get in to. Our company is built on its quality of employees and this starts with the interview process. Leaders must not only go through the traditional testing and interviews but also go through a 3rd party advanced review process.
