Holman is a company that i could retire from

Not very good, would not reccomend

The company has decided to charge all unvaccinated and there families to provide them insurance i do believe the company says they are like family but they are the family member that does drugs and cost you money and time i would never recommend any one to work at any of their companies. Period

Although huge for a Family owned business, there is no comparison to working for a publicly traded company. The atmosphere is one where senior leadership is approachable and gets know your name. Holman has also pushing to get employees back to work but is also being extremely flexible.

How bout not being charged a monthly fee for having a difference in opinion

People want to help each other and can all come together for support. Its like during a natural disaster when everyone try's to help each other not drown.

We all get along as friends

Positive attitudes and collaborative nature

People in the garage (support office) support each other and work hard.

It really is the best it can be for the moment

They throw great events for their employees

That the company really cares about our thoughts and ideas

Due to our culture, employees have continued to work at 90% or more capacity even without being in the office. Employees do not need constant monitoring to get them to work. This alone states the culture.

Better benefits and less online schooling

Understand that people will have a difference in opinion

The company hires good NEW people due to their rigorous process. This is a newer process so this seasoned folks would probably not even make it through anymore.
