What did you like most about the interview process?
The company hires good NEW people due to their rigorous process. This is a newer process so this seasoned folks would probably not even make it through anymore.

Holman is not an easy company to get in to. Our company is built on its quality of employees and this starts with the interview process. Leaders must not only go through the traditional testing and interviews but also go through a 3rd party advanced review process.
Casual, comfortable interview process and I felt like I was listened to and given an opportunity to ask questions and get answers.
