Great framework and structure, poor adaptability. Necessary changes are often overlooked until the right person is behind the idea. Wages are low, but employee protection and environment are stellar.

I get a large amount of freedom to do my job as best I can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very difficult to terminate an employee. It's nearly impossible to get blindsided by a sudden firing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is dramatically skewed towards delivery drivers and salespeople away from "hidden roles" like operations, corporate, IT or call centers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was interactive and not a standardized questionaire. We interviewed each other and got a proper look as to each other's expectations.
