What is the best part about your compensation package?

Paid days off and paid sick time.

I would prefer to go with a different entity for my 401k, im happy with Homepoint's matching policy!

When we are busy the bonus payments are outstanding

I was well paid, commensurate with my responsibilities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better bonus options and overtime

I wish that I made the market average instead of getting in for bare minimum with raises to come and no raises ever came.

More opportunity to market ourselves individually and receive the support needed to succeed
