My teammates and the banter
I love the work that I do! I love the company itself and the executive team!
Working with my loan coordinator and sales assistant. I also love that I can go to my manager for help and he is really fast to respond with real solutions. He was an AE before he became manager and he knows guidelines and gets where his AEs are coming from.
Being able to work from home, which they are removing soon as well.
Big bonuses and and not being micromanaged
The positive attitudes and the support you get from all employee's starting at the Executive level
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People pass the buck when it comes to customer service
Poor communication about important issues, they over-communicate about non issues to divert attention from real problems
