WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY. Bought my loan from Better Mortgage. Did not do a good handoff. I had to do everything from recreating my profile to updating loan information, calling up multiple times and writing up multiple times to make insurance payments. No response to emails. Took me 6 calls for an ag

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Brong back prior leadership team. They cared for us, the we care mentality is nit meaningful and left.
