What do you like best about the leadership team?
Your direct management is usually very personable and eager to help
They treat us all like we mean something to them!
Homepoint's management is innovative and I feel like they listen and care about their employees.
The closer they are to the workers the more willing they are to help, fight on your behalf, or understand the nuance. The farther removed they are from doing the work they less they relate to regular people.
They try to communicate to everyone within the organization
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid days off and paid sick time.
I would prefer to go with a different entity for my 401k, im happy with Homepoint's matching policy!
When we are busy the bonus payments are outstanding
I was well paid, commensurate with my responsibilities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Homepoint has some of the most amazing associates that are incredibly smart. Unfortunately, the leadership does not really care too much about the great people that work here.
We are like family and build relationships
We all get along like friends.
We all collaberate and I feel like we have each others backs
The regular workers all have similar views on the company and we just want a fair shake for making the company so much money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that there is a culture is amazing! I love how the executive team treats us all and communicates with us on a regular basis!
Ethics and creativity. I love how fast we have grown.
Everybody in similar departments will stick their necks out for eachother, the higherups only care about profits not people.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It's simple and quick compared to others
It was thorough but it went quickly!
The job offer and I felt welcomed
I liked that there were people both in and outside of my department involved in the interview. Multiple viewpoints makes the efforts easier.

What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates and the banter
I love the work that I do! I love the company itself and the executive team!
Working with my loan coordinator and sales assistant. I also love that I can go to my manager for help and he is really fast to respond with real solutions. He was an AE before he became manager and he knows guidelines and gets where his AEs are coming from.
Being able to work from home, which they are removing soon as well.
Big bonuses and and not being micromanaged
