We have really affordable benefits that have great coverage. I am even able to get high quality pet insurance and their 401K matching is very generous!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Maybe if HA wanted to keep its quality employees, it would put more effort into making them feel valued and giving them at least annual raises, instead of constantly reorganizing and changing management so any progress towards a raise is lost between managers.

Very poor. Many things are done that are not standard to any other company. They require core hours in the office. Poor work/life balance. PTO requests denied even when done far in advance.
