Recurring revenue is growing at outrageous strides and margins. New sales is suffering because of pricing and our niche market is already captured.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Homecare Homebase?

Force all leadership to absolutely dive into mentoring learning and leadership training. Send them to Tony Robbins style sessions about how to motivate, lead, and mentor younger professionals because our executive leadership and middle management have zero skill set towards those things. Though I blame the culture and environment that doesn't allow them training or learning to grow into leaders.

Complete and utter respect for April. She is a true business woman. But the entire employee base would unanimously agree she is completely distant and does care anything about culture or leadership, mentorship, corporate development, career trajectory etc.
How's the work life balance at Homecare Homebase?
Below average. 30 days of vacation is nice... if you ever got to take them. Most of the jobs are micro managed with silly multiple submissions.
