It is very supportive but the leadership is not very diverse

Compensation is good, benefits are ok

HR makes it fun so as each department
Even that we are remote the company does a great job intetacting
Friendly, co working, efficient ,
Everyone works together to make the team successful. No one worries just about their own work but we all make sure everyone is meeting commitments.
