What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?On the Honey team, everyone was incredibly collaborative and generous with their time. There was a strong sense that we were all in it together, dedicated to supporting the growth of our business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?In the startup environment, regular performance reviews were rare because we were too focused on our work and growing the business. However, after the acquisition, it felt like we were finally recognized and rewarded for our hard work over the years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Look beyond themselves to better positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Of I knew I could be recognized for my scholastic work and be able to go up the ladder.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?The interviewer needs to not look at my butt and focus on me.
