What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of my managers are very fun to work with and yet take their time to help one another and make sure everyone gets work done while also making it a fun workplace while other managers like to blame you for events they could have avoided

I have been there for a year yet i get paid less than employees who have just begun

I get along well with my coworkers yet others are lazy and just stand there doing nothing

It depends on which manager is working that the environment either feels hostile or fun

Working and holding upper management accountable
