What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication from the team is fantastic
Always willing to listen to ideas and feedback from their employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My suggestion would be. If a parner need help than HELP
The leaders in this company are slow to get to giving you feedback, either positive or negative. Once you are given negative feedback, or a warning, it's often too late to change anything, and you end up with a final warning within a couple of weeks of learning about the problem.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I dont have to worry about if something is being covered when I go to the doctor because i have it
Health Insurance options are one of the best I've seen.
Base salary and 401k plan.
Benefits are great. Insurance is a little expensive, but has great coverage. There is also an incentive to walk, even providing you with a smart watch to use. Company contributes a large portion to your insurance, and matches up to 5% for a 401K plan.
Unlimited vacation and really good health plans.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Take care of your partners
We are underpaid we don't get paid the way we're supposed to everything takes time nothing on time and etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They dont just leave you out there alone they make sure that you know what you're doing and that you're with everything that you're doing.
Everyone is focused on current goals and wants the same thing, success.
My team is made up of a wide variety of people. It's great to have so much diversity in a team, and helps you to see other points of view, both professionally, and individually.
Everyone wants the same thing, company success over personal success.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Listen to directions and actually know their job duties
When partners need help dont just suggest email and never help
Better communication service from honk better customer service
Professionalism, hard to contact Honk support which is the most annoying part
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really tried to make me feel at home from day one.
While there is pressure for success, failure is never punished as long as something was learned from it.
The people that you work with here are great, always positive and willing to help each other out. The culture is very laid back, and allows you to have piercings, colored hair, you name it.
Very laid back culture and easy to get along with the people here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Provide better support for partners
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was very comfortable to be interviewed by an employer
My interview was technical but in a very conversational manner. We went through all the topics necessary and it really helped cut down any nervousness or awkwardness.
How transparent the leadership team was about their vision of the company.
The initial interview is a recording of you answering questions, so you don't have to keep driving back and forth for interviews.

I just love everything about the work; interacting with new people and also enjoy what I do At work
The environment and the people.
I love getting calls from a very happy and grateful elderly customer. They are always so happy, and it's always a great call.
