The leaders in this company are slow to get to giving you feedback, either positive or negative. Once you are given negative feedback, or a warning, it's often too late to change anything, and you end up with a final warning within a couple of weeks of learning about the problem.
I dont have to worry about if something is being covered when I go to the doctor because i have it
Health Insurance options are one of the best I've seen.
Base salary and 401k plan.
Benefits are great. Insurance is a little expensive, but has great coverage. There is also an incentive to walk, even providing you with a smart watch to use. Company contributes a large portion to your insurance, and matches up to 5% for a 401K plan.

We are underpaid we don't get paid the way we're supposed to everything takes time nothing on time and etc.
They dont just leave you out there alone they make sure that you know what you're doing and that you're with everything that you're doing.
