The initial interview is a recording of you answering questions, so you don't have to keep driving back and forth for interviews.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love getting calls from a very happy and grateful elderly customer. They are always so happy, and it's always a great call.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is made up of a wide variety of people. It's great to have so much diversity in a team, and helps you to see other points of view, both professionally, and individually.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people that you work with here are great, always positive and willing to help each other out. The culture is very laid back, and allows you to have piercings, colored hair, you name it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits are great. Insurance is a little expensive, but has great coverage. There is also an incentive to walk, even providing you with a smart watch to use. Company contributes a large portion to your insurance, and matches up to 5% for a 401K plan.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leaders in this company are slow to get to giving you feedback, either positive or negative. Once you are given negative feedback, or a warning, it's often too late to change anything, and you end up with a final warning within a couple of weeks of learning about the problem.
