What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ability to build new things
The open door policy and caring attitude
The leadership team in place now are working to get the company on track. They are listening to the departments and employees and working to make the company even better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Make sure insurees who hav been w company over 50 years have their claim processed fairly.
Less middle managers and more front line employees. Management needs to value the hard working dedicated employees instead of the massive reduction in force actions they have taken.
No leadership team for licensed producer

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Short staffed and broken process
Pay my claim and use the original criterion you gave me during the claim process, dot change requirements afer house has been cleaned and items have been destroyed.
Deplorable raises and pricy health insurance.
I feel like I should make a higher salary to go with my commission

My team communicates and works as a team.
A wide range of knowledge and we are an outgoing group.

Take care of insurees needs.
