What did you like most about the interview process?some of the managers - (who later left the company) were very open and flexible to talk about fresh and relevant topics during interview
What makes you most happy at work?When I don't have to convince them for them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Messed up reporting structures (no well thought-out structure in place, some old folks that formed the company do as they please, sometimes that works, other times it doesn't, in the case of later they blame someone new and move on) and rejecting the ideas of specialists
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Leadership needs training on how to lead people with authenticity and for good
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Open communication, and no fear of reporting manage will help. Many co workers work only because of the fear of reporting manager. Sometimes they over meet, overshow, and do things that are not needed to please the manager, rest of the time they would underdeliver.
