What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team work ethic above and beyond
How personable and willing to help and actually get to know everyone they work with. Also how they emphasize safety, they just want everyone who is a plant professional to go home at the end of the day, exactly how they came for work. Of course the safety precautions they take are great!!!

How closely they work together on everything. Everyone is always down on the plant floor interacting with the work and making sure they everything is running smoothly.

Getting all the information i need to be successful.

I got interviewed by 6 different people in short 30 minute interviews, I felt it was a great way for them to get a lot of opinions on a person, it showed me that they really care to get to know someone and really sell the company to potential new hires. It showed me they enjoy their job!
She was a very polite person
