Prior to joining Dell Software, Inc., Mr. Fudge served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GuardianEdge Technologies Inc. since December 6, 2005. Prior to GuardianEdge, Mr. Fudge served as an Executive Vice President of Field Operations at VMware, Inc., where he was responsible for the company's sales, professional services, field marketing and global channels. Before that, he held executive positions at BEA Systems, Objectspace and IBM. While at IBM, Mr. Fudge led the Tivoli Americas sales, systems engineering and professional services organizations. He serves as Member of Advisory Board at Paramount Defenses Inc. He serves as on multiple venture-funded private company boards during his career. He served as a Director of Best Brands Corporation and GuardianEdge Technologies Inc. Mr. Fudge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from St. Edward's University in Texas.
