What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My VP likes to surround himself with "step and fetch it" yes men. Those of us with a little gray in our beards have had to learn how to survive in a culture that is frankly discriminatory in many ways.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complete overhaul of the field sales executive ranks.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Field sales culture is a nightmare, the only thing that keeps me going is a great set of customers and my sales bonuses.

Fire the entire executive tier and sales leadership
