What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treatung employees, especially advanced practice RN's better. We are treated as 2nd class citizens and have sone of yhe most restrictive practices in the country. MD's are the onky people who have aby say in the organization. The rest of us just follow orders. It's exhausting and demeaning.

The benefits specifically the 401k are subpar for the industry.
Compensation does not meet the increasing cost of living.

Taking care of each other

its a positive environment that helps everyone
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Slow down and allow inout from team members ither than physicians who are just looking after their financial gain.
They should allow us to work from home & have a better work life balance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was efficient and felt like it would be a good place to work.
it was a very comfortable experience, I did not feel tense at all
