Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is below market value, this has been brought up repeatedly to my manager with no positive results. Bonus and target goals are constantly changing.
any improvement would work as the current compensation and benefits are at the very bottom.

The company is driven by numbers and results. It needs to be much more supplier and clients oriented and focus more on the quality of the services rather than the finances of the company.
