There should be a bonus structure involved. Also, there is currently no difference between the market manager and the market coordinator role, yet the market managers make more money.

Lack of consistently timely, clear, and transparent communication makes otherwise engaging and exciting work very frustrating at times.

Because everything changes so quickly in many cases there isn't the best communication among teams.
I do feel as though I am spread a bit too thin and could be more effective/efficient if my work was a bit more focused
