What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less micro management! If your employees are happy, the customers will be. Power hungry Team Leaders cause the high turnovers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be a bonus structure involved. Also, there is currently no difference between the market manager and the market coordinator role, yet the market managers make more money.

We're a small company to the point where we can easily interact with one other and share our ideas openly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of consistently timely, clear, and transparent communication makes otherwise engaging and exciting work very frustrating at times.

Because everything changes so quickly in many cases there isn't the best communication among teams.
I do feel as though I am spread a bit too thin and could be more effective/efficient if my work was a bit more focused
