Good work/life balance but it is IT, so if required anything can pop up anytime.

The IT Team is very tight knit and is a great team to work with. The Networking side is very good and most of the team has been here forever which is unheard of in IT and is a good thing. The software team has some good leaders but there is high turnover of the dev team

They are good. Most of the people here have been here forever. Which is a good sign when people stay at a company for a long time however the downside is that they have been here for so long that thats all they know. Sometimes it takes an extra effort to breakthrough and bring in some new ideas and change
